Curses are one of the major differences between the paranatural practices of the eastern and western parts of the world. In Asiri Asa, a curse is more commonly associated with seemingly random misfortune. In Marcwith, a curse is a malicious act cast from one person unto another, something which causes negative effect usually for a specific reason. The idea of a 'curse' is much more fleshed out in the Western world than in the traditionally more secularized East.
