The Stormvice Family

The Stormvice family has only recently gained power, but they have a following that rivals the Extiez. Wary of the foreigners and the knowledge they possess, the Stormvice family gathered those who felt Extiez rule was becoming too dangerous to follow (the remainder became loyal to Extiez or random drifters who worked for anyone – even the Arnoons). Their way of life is brutal and encompasses everything the Extiez dislike – the celebration of physical violence as a metaphysical experience. Their dictum; ‘Pain is Healthy. Pain is Holy. Pain Heals.’ Though they are brutal fighters and trainers, they are also great lovers of life. They believe that they are doing Vinumera a great service by attempting to lead and often throw extravagant festivals for their followers – all of which seem to include a battle royal
