Lord Urupa Fodelse

Lord Urupa Fodelse (You-RUE-Pa faux-DELLS) was a master Glypher, teacher, scholar, and engraver who lived on Iokeihiko sometime during the Uncrossable Era during the Age of Intikilla. Although a widely known figure is exact date of birth and death are unknown in spite of being most famed for his project to record the births and deaths of residents all over Iokeihiko. His dedication to this effort resulted in the the Mea Ora Index , a compilation of biological observations of many forms of life on Iokeihiko (including 'Crede). His work is still referenced by modern biologists.

Personal Life

It is difficult to tell the exact dates of Urupa's life due to the devastation wrought on the island by Kol's Melancholy. Based on oral tradition, as well as his own work, Urupa was of coalescent background. He likely had a human father and uembian mother if stories of his long life span are to be believed. As a master Glypher, he would have been raised from childhood in seclusion studying Tohu Hanga in the classic and cursive styles.
